David is an Indiana native and lifelong resident. He grew up in Harrison County and attended North Harrison High School, where he graduated in 1999. He studied Business Economics and Public Policy at Indiana University Southeast, where he graduated with distinction in 2006. David attended law school at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington.
David devotes a large portion of his practice individuals who are going through divorces and other family law issues. He offers free initial consultations for prospective clients. David represents clients accused of felonies and misdemeanors throughout southern Indiana, including, and most often, in Clark County, Floyd County, and Harrison County.

Called to get some legal advise because this firm was at the top of a google search for tort lawyers near me and whoever answered couldn’t answer any questions or give any advise nor could she transfer me to anyone who could. Was told it would be at least a few weeks before I would hear back from them if I left my info! No thanks

David is an AMAZING attorney. He goes to the mat for his clients, never sugar coats the risks and odds, and is very fair in his time and fees. He handled a contested custody case for me that required a Guardian ad Litem. At the end of the day, he was able to defend my interests, work with the GAL, and get me the best possible result he could. It was not entirely the result I wanted, but trust me, that had nothing to do with him or the quality of his services. He's definitely an excellent, zealous advocate. Highly recommend.
