Services
No, we love to incorporate eco-friendly upgrades into homes, however they are not required. The majority of homes that we built in 2019 and 2020 were either farmhouse style or luxury custom homes. Typically, most houses take anywhere between 5 to 12 months depending on the square footage. No, we do not offer financing, however we can recommend lenders in the area that may be of assistance.

We are so in love with our new, custom home! Chad, Hannah, and Becky were all wonderful to work with & were available for our every question & need throughout the whole experience. Chad was organized, responsive, & took care of everything, and we are very impressed with the structural aspects of the home. Hannah was amazing with recommending beautiful color schemes and design choices for interior decisions we asked for help with. They were upfront about everything, and the only "surprises" in the end were good ones, including that the home is even better/more beautiful than we could've imagined

Having Chad and his family at Green Source Homes build our home was a blessing! The entire process was stress free, and I know it was because of Chad’s patience and vast knowledge of all areas in the construction process. He kept us up to date on what was scheduled and his office kept us up to date on costs! I’ve never built a custom home and walked away with no complaints...until Green Source Homes built ours! They will definitely be on speed dial for our next home!

Chad & the Green Source team are AMAZING! We had a custom home of our own design built and could not be happier. There were no hidden charges, glitches, delays, or issues. Chad handled every aspect and thought of potential issues before we did and already had plans in place to address them. He kept the whole project running smoothly, often going above and beyond for us. He is a straight shooter and won’t lead you astray. His job sites are kept extremely clean. We passed all inspections by the bank and county without issue. Becky keeps the office running smoothly and does a wonderful job coordinating
