Because we plan to move to other state, we wanted to sell our house, we ask Mr. Matt Vanderhoef to be our agent to help us to sell our house.

Matt helped my older non english speaking parents to sell the only house they've bought and lived in for over 20 years. My parents didn't understand the laws, process, or anything for that matter in house to sell a house. As a first time homebuyer, the entire process, while exciting, can also be overwhelming and daunting process. Matt V. from Vanderhoef Properties made the whole process way easier.
