My approach to counseling incorporates a strong respect for the faith life and personal spirituality of individuals. I work using holistic, cognitive-behavioral, existential and relationship therapy approaches to assist people in identifying and accomplishing attainable life goals. I am a licensed psychologist focusing on individual, relationship and family therapy in Novi, Michigan for more than 23 years.
I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.
Our family sought the help of family therapy because our relationships are too often contentious at home. Dr. Kemske has been delivering the help we need. She has educated us on better communication techniques that help us to trust and relate better to each other. She is helping each of us to feel at last that we are being heard and to take more deliberate actions to really listen to each other and address each other's needs.
