St Johns Eye Care

I went in today to pick up my new glasses and the lady at the front desk was so helpful!! She made sure my glasses fit well and were comfortable. I’m so glad I decided to come here instead of driving all the way to Saint Augustine! I felt welcome and like I was the only patient in there!

This office is amazing and the front desk is amazing they are always smiling and very friendly all of the girls in this office work very hard and it shows good jobs girls!

I was present when the lady below and her 90 yr old mother was there and that lady at the front desk was not rude, the lady was extremely rude to the worker and she was the only worker there, and the lady was extremely impatient. I have never had anything but positive experiences at this eye care provider. In looking at your other reviews it seems this person has nothing but complaints everywhere she goes.

My grandmother who is over 90yrs of age went to pick up her glasses today. We were treated very poorly by a mean woman at the front desk she had the nastiest attitude when we asked her for help. I Do NOT recommend this place.

Literally called my insurance and apparently the insurance company gave me the wrong place because they DO NOT ACCEPT UHC MEDICAID. The receptionist was absolutely unprofessional and very disrespectful. I couldn't barely speak because she was cutting me off to ask me when I wanted to schedule. I asked "is there any availability for apt" and instead of stating how far out their apt are, she then asked me in a very high toned voice "uh? Today? Tomorrow? And I'm like yeah! Whatever is the soonest and she says "well we don't have anything till the middle of January

I’ve been a patient there for many years, every year it seems I walk into the office and they automatically know who I am and greet me promptly even when they are busy. Even during this COVID pandemic and all the madness that every doctors office is facing I feel they are efficient, and even smiling under those dreadful masks.

Very fast, customer oriented, caring office! The doctors take their time to listen to your needs and the staff are just the sweetest! Love them. Will be a forever patient! Thank you!

Love this place, the doctors & the staff. Wendy is the most knowledgeable person to help me with my glasses and the front desk girls are great! Always a pleasant experience.

Go to Dr Miles on St Johns! They do not hold your information hostage. if you’re ordering online, you need your pupil distance, and they St John’s eye care will not give it. I do not usually give negative feedback but, this demonstrates poor integrity for a business, and zero customer service.

The doctor was very profesional and nice. What I didn't like were two receptionist at the front desk. They rolled their eyes every time I had a question and spoke like they didn't care for their job. It's a shame that the receptionist can be the reason why a nice doctor looses clients. Don't waste your money here.

What a wonderful experience. St. John's Eye Care accepted my insurance and I was so pleased with the customer service. I've never had an optometrist as wonderful as Dr. Lennon. He was so pleasant, very informative, and was so efficient. I was able to choose a super stylish pair of glasses with Wendy's help! They even have sunglasses =) I decided to get a pair of polarized sunglasses because they were such a great price and they look amazing! Overall, a fantastic experience =)

I am, well, was a long time customer of this business, guessing 10 years. While on a trip I lost my glasses. When I requested info to order another pair so i would have them when i get home I got a real taste of their customer no service. I was told due to liability issues that the information I requested would not be provided. I was also told no optician would release this information. I called Wright Eye Care in Kingsland Ga., whom had checked my eyes in the past and they provided the information and saved the day. I have never had an issue with St. Johns...but, this was the first time I ask

I didn't like this place. It's very small and the lady at the front desk looked and acted like she hated life. Then the lady that helps you pick out glasses and fits them wasn't much better. They told me it could take up to 2 weeks for my glasses to come in, which seems like forever when you need them! After the 2 weeks I still didn't hear back so I called and they oh yeah we have them. Great. Very aggravating. They also didn't have many glasses to choose from I had to settle on a pair. The only reason I went there was because they took my Insurence. But I will deff take
