Diane has over 30 years of experience ranging from engineering and cost accounting in a manufacturing firm to corporate level accounting at Quaker Oats in Chicago, Illinois. Diane is also a former instructor at Madison Area Technical College. Diane earned her BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and obtained her CPA designation from the University of Illinois.

I called to ask a couple of questions about capital gains- this lady rudely asked my name and said “you’re not one of my clients” so I said “I just had a few questions but if you can’t answer them, it’s no big deal” and she hung up on me. I have been doing my taxes on my own but have wanted to find a CPA that I like and trust (locally) to do them so had I had a polite experience, I would have used her. Now I’d never recommend anyone to her. I couldn’t believe how rude she was. Is it that hard to be nice?????! Especially when you work with people?! Shows a lot she has no reviews
