Tiger-Rock Martial Arts in Cherokee County GA has proudly served Woodstock, Holly Springs, Canton, and the North Atlanta community for over 20 years. Through our innovative martial arts instruction and fitness training that emphasizes what the student does right, Tiger-Rock Martial Arts physically and mentally challenges each student to not only be the best martial artist they can be, but the best person as well.
Tiger-Rock Martial Arts offers kids in Woodstock, Holly Springs, and Canton and an amazing martial arts experience. Students will learn and master taekwondo, life skills, and the latest advances in physical fitness. Our classes encourage healthy activity, staying active, good citizenship, respect, and discipline.
Tiger-Rock adult martial arts classes feature striking drills, kicking drills, blocking drills, form exercises, as well as core strengthening exercises. These drills and exercises help you build physical strength, mental toughness, and boost your confidence! Adults can benefit as much as kids and teens from being involved in a martial arts practice!

We love Bowen’s Tiger Rock! It has been a wonder bonding moment for me and my daughter. I had to take a step back due to injury, but I will be back! The challenges and focus of this group is incredible. We both have met new friends and look forward to growing with them!

We love Tiger Rock! The entire master team there is just awesome! The instructors love what they do, and I see how my son is gaining self-confidence, showing and receiving respect, following fast-paced instructions, enhanced coordination, and just enjoying a good work out. They empathize a total and complete mind and body result. I love how at the end of each class they welcome the parents into the dojo, and we get to run through a final exercise with my son. This builds/ deepens the bond between us.

Bowen's Tiger Rock Martial Arts is awesome. The studio is large, spacious, CLEAN, and comfortable to me as a spectator. The instructors are kind, caring, motivational--very inspirational! I have already seen a change in my child after just a few classes. This business is woman-owned and these folks have been in the business for close to 3 decades.
This martial arts school is the best of the best. If you're considering martial arts for yourself of your children, pay them a visit. You'll be as impressed as I have been.

I can't say enough about Bowen's Tiger Rock! We knew that my son needed to be more active and he wasn't interested in traditional sports so we thought we'd give Tiger Rock a try. He fell in love! Each staff member (yes, every single one) is absolutely incredible. My son doesn't always do everything perfectly (who does, right?), but they rally around each child and encourage them to do their best in such an uplifting manner. (My son likes to give up if he isn't the best, so this is HUGE for us). If you've had a single thought about giving them a try, do it!

This is by far the best martial arts studio I have been to in the area. They are extremely organized and structured as far as scheduling, emails, and in class. The space is very clean. The owner and staff are friendly and encouraging. It is always a positive experience and my son enjoys it very much!

Bowen’s Tiger Rock is hands down the best martial arts academy around! My son has been going here for 3 1/2 years and loves it. You won’t find one instructor that isn’t awesome and goes above and beyond in everything they do. My sons confidence has skyrocketed since he started. I can’t say enough great things about this school.

My daughter was nervous about trying martial arts. But after her first lesson, she came home happy and excited. The instructors are both professional and great at working with their students. After an introductory lesson, we signed my daughter up and she is going three times a week. In addition, the pricing is excellent. I think I might join soon!

My daughter went to In for a 5 day free trial and was hooked! She has been with Bowen's Tiger Rock for several months now and it has changed her. She is more focused and willing to do anything - she doesn't shy away. Recently I was missing competition in my life so I also joined. I do not regret this decision. Every class is challenging, but fun! In just a few short months I am now a green belt! I look forward to every class and it has been a wonderful bonding moment for me and my daughter as well.

We have been going to Bowen's Tiger rock for almost 4 years. From the moment we walked into the door we were welcomed as family. The instructors relish in your children's accomplishments as well as help them learn from their defeats. Your child will gain confidence, poise, self awareness, body control and discipline.
