To all of those of you who are bashing The Property Managers, I can only speak of my experiences with them, but I can honestly say, I have had nothing but a good experience with them. I have been living in an apt that they manage for the last 2 years and I just renewed my lease for a 3rd year. I am a basement unit, so anytime I've had any flooding or plumbing issues they have been very responsive on getting someone out here. They always keep me informed whenever anyone needs to access the basement area or if they are going to be having any work done on the building. Anytime I've any issues whatsoever

This property manager was great to work with from beginning to end. I was able to check any property I wanted without having a "hovering sales person" lingering over me while I checked things out. The lease process was simple enough, maybe a little old fashioned, but all the details were covered which I appreciated more. I had one problem with my condo. The lock broke and I couldn't get into my apt. I called, panicking, b/c my dog was inside all day. Dawn was exceptional! Answered after hours, calmed me down, ordered a locksmith, and was fixed within 2 hours. The move out list was extensive, but

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Extremely rude and umperfesional. If you are thinking of renting a property managed by this company just make sure that the place your are renting is absolutely worth it. Just read the reviews. I find it hard to believe any of the good reviews on here are truthful and we're fabricated by employees. It's an absolute act of God they are even in businesses still. If you have any issues be prepared to wait and wait and wait some more. They may blow smock up your @ss n tell you that your their first priority but trust my they

This place is horrible! Do not rent from them. If I could give 0 stars I would! They are money hungry, greedy liars. They will screw you over and take all your money. Caroni, the main lady will use all of your money to go on her luxurious vacations to Mexico. My boyfriend had to move for a job, we paid a 250 break lease fee and offered them our 1500 deposit and they still threatened to take us to court over it. Do not get involved, you will regret it.

The main problem I have with these people is they never answer the phone; there's a huge communication problem. It's like they never work. The way they conduct business seems pretty unprofessional. They never even called me to tell me my application was approved; I had to call them multiple times (as they don't answer the phone) to get an answer. God forbid they return your call after leaving a message either. I'll probably do another review after I move out and update on how much of my deposit they steal.

This is not the place to go if you would like honest, and reliable property management. You cannot expect timely fixes on any problem in your house. You may go without a working toilet for a week! I would never let them manage any property I owned as they do not keep them up, they only rent shanty nasty places!!
