Services
Wolf and Associates, Inc. was established in 1978 to fill a growing demand for bulk material handling systems. Due to the large number of pulp and paper mills in their geographical area many of Wolf's first projects were in that industry. However, expansion quickly moved into other industries such as power generation, municipal solid waste, mining, and manufacturing.
Wolf Material Handling Systems employs in-house resources for each phase of a project from Concept to Completion. This allows Wolf to quickly estimate a project and provide details such as elevations, loads, and horsepower requirements. Wolf keeps all project drawings and data to ensure spare parts support is available for each client.
Wolf Material Handling Systems designs and manufactures most of the material handling equipment that is included in a system. Process equipment such as metal detectors, screens and crushers is typically purchased from a vendor. This uniquely allows Wolf to control the quality of manufacturing and critical features of the equipment that makes up the system.
Wolf MHS reclaimers are each designed and manufactured with the "complete system" approach. This means each reclaimer is designed to reduce your auxiliary horse power, run slower than competitors, reduce maintenance and operation expenses. The discharge is designed to feed fuel at a continual and even flow rate, eliminating plugs and surges.
Wolf MHS bins vary in design from 100 - 1200 cubic foot design. Each metering bin is designed and manufactured with the "complete system" design philosophy. Because of this the metering bins have the ability to have a keep full design or have an over feed system where space limitations are a concern.
