I have been a customer for a few years and I have to say that they back up there work no matter what you "throw" at them. I had an issue with my desktop and they got it running for me. Most recently I got them to do a case swap due to my "old one" was 8 years old. I highly recommend this shop then anyone else.

What a terrible experience. The manager or owner did not know what he was selling me and i had to correct him only for him to speak loudly over me telling me i was wrong when in fact i was correct. he was very rude from the first phone call all the way to the purchase. will not be back. drove 45 minutes to buy a part then go back home and its not the right part! oh and if you see this, learn the difference between ECC Server Ram and regular ram and quit speaking to your customers like your their abusive father!

I was really surprised how this branch talked to me and how I was treated. The last time I had to go there, and that was several years ago, the person I had dealt with acted like I was bothering him. I'm very glad that things were different this time. I like to thank the associate with the initials RP or BMP for all his help.

Honest guys. They've repaired computers for me on two occasions. This year another laptop died. I'd been using it heavily teaching high schoolers from home. They talked my options over with me. They were honest with me about repair cost (it was bad) and suggested I shop for a new device. They also sell computers.
