Russ Yearick is top notch. I called to get information on purchasing a large format plotter and Russ was very informative. Hit or miss customer service. Good quality, good - albeit sometimes very inconsistent pricing - but very spotty service on things like calling as promised when a job is done and once in a while losing track of your original files. "Oh, yeah, we've had that done since yesterday morning. Didn't anyone let you know?" I keep giving them second chances, because their quality is almost always very good, and their pricing is not bad. A great source for oversize scans though, I've always had good results with that.

The only reason they get a 1 is because you cannot write a review with a zero! Worse customer service EVER and just flat out lying to me! Was guaranteed repeatedly that I would get a call the next day and that my order would be ready. Never did I get a call from them and now after MONTHS of trying to work with them I still dont have the products I ordered. If you want a headache and piss poor customer service then this is the place for you!!

Ordered business logos for my vehicle windows and when we finally got them which took forever they were in the wrong color. This was after forever waiting. Another month or so goes by and finally get them and one has a big crease in it and neither can be peeled off the backing so they swear up and down they’ll fix it and it’s been over a month again no and nothing from them!! I would never I. My life choose this place and they will surely never get any more of our business.

Jaru is an excellent place for prints, I used to go to Staples to get my projects printed and it turned out to be way too expensive and I did not like the quality of the work. A lot of my classmates have been going here to get their printing done, so I decided to have my prints done here too. I wish I would have went here first, the staff is very friendly and helpful, prints are always fast and are reasonably priced. Plus the quality of their work is second to none. Also, if I am not mistaken, they have a student discount for South Hills students. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is
