After working for many years with five 9’s to support our existing phone system, we engaged with them to help us transition to a cloud based phone system from Mitel. At the same time we hired them to support our computer and networking needs. They delivered as promised on both projects. The cloud services have improved our ability to support our clients and their pets, and they have been proactive in eliminating many of our existing challenges on our computer network. When we were experiencing concerns with speech privacy, we were referred to five 9’s by another company in our building that uses them. Five 9's has been great to work with. The few times we have had issues, they sent out a Tech and fixed the issues quickly. For the most part, this phone system just works. Everyone we have worked with has been professional and has scheduled us quickly and followed up with email with our appointments, etc. We have had no issues with this company and we would recommend them to anyone.
