Impressive Window Tint

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! owner calls customers within 30 minutes of their appointment to cancel scheduled appointment- offers some emergency excuse to cancel but does not offer opportunity to reschedule. Upon cancelling agrees to offer refund, but never does despite follow up & plays dumb that refund not an option. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and hung up telephone on me. !!! Does this only intermittently to customers to avoid getting caught regularly steeling $50 online scheduling deposit!!!

Ladies Beware…I had an appointment for a window tint at 3pm 1/14/22 after receiving two reminder texts and a confirmation email. Upon my arrival the shop was closed, and when I called the number the guy told me his kids school was closed for Covid and he was just now seeing my appointment. Talk about being furious after driving from Wake Forest. I just requested for him to send me my deposit back and he agreed. I called today because I still have yet to receive my refund and was told he would have to check his records and get back to me. Extremely unprofessional…Never again. *Update I received

Was charged a down-payment fee of 50$ to set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance just for the owner to cancel at the last minute through a simple text. I live in Virginia and had to drive two hours to be there on time and call out of work . When I called him he didn't seem concern of what he had done and told me to call him back in the morning to reschedule. When I called him the next day he flat out told me he was not gonna do the work and that he would refund me my money . He has yet to do that . He disregards his customers questions and concerns as if he has a dime a dozen . Makes me wonder

I booked an appointment online last month and paid the deposit. When I arrived in at my scheduled time, the shop was closed. I was also informed by a female who shares the space that the shop was closed. I attempted to call the phone number on my confirmation email, left several voicemails, and my calls were never returned. I even emailed the owner requesting a deposit refund and no response!!! So disappointed with this business and would not recommend using this service.

I booked an appointment a month in advanced with Calvin, which required a deposit. The day before my appointment, I text to confirm my appointment. No reply. My appointment was 9/11 at 10am. After calling and texting that morning he finally replied explaining that my appointment was actually 9/10. After asking him to double check his scheduled and our previous text conversation (from a month ago, that confirmed 9/11) he asked me to come to the shop to get the job done. A few minutes later, I received a call saying that he doesn’t have the tint in stock and that he would give me a call back on

I booked to have my car windows tinted a month ago. Today was my appointment for 3pm and I received a text message at 12:45pm saying he would have to reschedule.. no reschedule dates and times were offered to me after I responded when are you available? I paid a deposit and I expect to get it back. The owner is now not responding so I had to get the friend who referred me to him to call and he got disrespectful with her on the phone. Now that I viewed the reviews I’m now aware this business is fraudulent. He collects a deposit to make appointments then cancels the day of. Take your money else

I love my tint so much. At first I was planning to get legal on my front two windows and 5% everywhere else, but before he put it on, he showed me how it would look with the film to the window to make sure that's what I really wanted. And he also called someone from Jiffy so they could tell me my car would have to be legal all around to pass inspection. So I ended up getting 20% all around — legal looked like I barely had any tint because of my beige interior. The process only took a little over an hour. It's been almost three weeks and I haven't seen any imperfections (I got ceramic). I'm thoroughly

I bought a brand new Q50 and needed emergency tint before I headed back to Nebraska. I called the owner and he opened the shop for me to get the tint. He was very respectful and quick with the job. His quality of work is VERY IMPRESSIVE especially since I called last minute. He never rushed my car but he did get me out in a timely manner. I will recommend this business to everyone for tinting.
