I have to put a review that shows how this place doesn't think. The wench is out on wrong. Now the handle is in the way of the step. How can this place do this? They didn't carpet the whole trailer, but charged me for the whole trailer and they put the wench on wrong so you trip on it going up and down the stairs.

The team at Cali Skier service center has been great to work with over the years. We have had our boat in for service many times with them and they always go above and beyond for us. When we bought our boat from them we wanted a few extra add ons done and they knocked it out of the park. Always our go to for anything boat related.

My Background: Looking to upgrade my families boat to a new MB Surf Boat (Also looking at ATX, Malibu, Tige, Axis, Moomba). California Skier is the 4th dealership I have dealt with over the past two months, in my pursuit to find the best Surf Boat under 100k range.
Location: California Skier is 2 minutes from Lake Elsinore. They have a huge lot which looks like it stores boats and does service. They have a huge pro shop with one of the BEST selection of Surf Boards, Wakeboards, Life Jackets, that I have seen from all dealerships I have visited. They have 2020 Wakesurf

Called this dealership about a boat they had listed on Craigslist and their website to arrange a showing and ask questions. I live several hours away so I couldn't just stop by. I called and left messages three different times over ten days for Ben and NO response. On day 11 I called again Ben was still not available? And I was told someone had already filed a credit app to buy the boat and that's why I never heard back? I am not lying when I say we been in and out of California Skier for almost ten years looking at their boats. We already had owned a 2003 Mastercraft but liked to take "field trips" to see all the new models and options. We finally reached the point in our life where buying a new boat was looking more and more like a reality. We realized our reality a couple weeks ago when we became the proud owners of a new X23. Everyone at California Skier was professional and courteous to work with.

These guys were great right after we bought our boat from them and spent a lot of money. But once we started doing maintenance like oil changes on her own and not paying their overpriced service department they completely did a 180 and stopped returning our calls. Stored the boat there a few Summers and they were supposed to clean it but brought it up to the lake completely filthy. I called them for 2 months with no returned calls. Ordered parts from them that never arrived. California skier has a monopoly in Southern California and they know it. They only care about how much money you are going

This review is for the service dept. I got referred by a friend for prop work here. They do specialize in ski boats , I have an I/O, but they know all boats . Customer service was outstanding and my prop came back looking incredibly amazing! It looked and was shaped better than it was brand new! Prices are fair as well,
So if your looking for guys that know boats and won't try to give you the runaround , this is your place! Highly recommend!!

Just ordered a new 2016 MB B52 from these guys! They made the whole process easy, friendly, and most importantly....A GREAT PRICE! Ben definitely deserves A LOT of credit since he made this deal happen. If you're looking for a new Mastercraft or MB boat, this is the place to be. Heck, they even have a great selection of used boats on their lot....but the wifey "allowed" me to splurge. Can't wait for summer!

The worst dealership I have ever found. You think I would have learned my lesson after purchasing multiple, brand new, Mastercraft boats. If the boat is in Havasu, ask them what you will need to do in order to get service anywhere near the area. Before you buy, ask them to see the customer complaints they have received. Ask them how many new boats they exchanged (yes, exchanged) because of problems that could not be resolved. You might want to ask the Mastercraft Factory what kind of complaints they have received about this dealership. This is unfortunate because the boats are really, really
