A.M. Construction was founded by Anthony Martindale in March of 2012. As a Christian, husband, and father I run my company with a #1 Principle in mind, "Treat others as I would want others to treat me and my family"! Growing up my father and grandfather were very handy and I always enjoyed helping them work on projects in the garage or on the home.
I took three years of art with a focus on architectural realism drawing pictures of buildings and bridges. I got my trade school certificate in carpentry and with a strong attention to detail really enjoyed bringing the art to life through the transformation of interior renovations.

1. Schedule: We will schedule your on site evaluation, take measurements, take photo's, and take a look at any materials that you may have on site. This may require a service fee/ deposit depending on the size of the job but after we do our phone consultation we will be up front and honest on the deposit or fee price for an onsite evaluation.
We have outlined key procedures to help answer questions and address common issues arising from our industry. We constantly educate our craftsman in the latest codes, manufactures products & procedures to deliver the Highest Quality Services backed by our Industry's leading warranty agreements. DeAnna Wiley We had AM Construction do several small and large remodeling jobs for us. The most recent one was a home that had been pretty much gutted inside and everything needed work. The home needed structural work, rewiring, completely new plumbing, new drywall, woodwork, some windows, new doors (inside and out).

I recently had Anthony install a new sink & faucet in my kitchen. Many told me because of the sink’s size that it couldn’t be done. Anthony measured and told me it COULD be accomplished! I am very pleased with the work he did and it was a pleasure meeting him & his wife, Stephanie. I was very impressed with the way they both worked. Anthony was very organized and neat. He even brought his own Super Sized, extra filtered Shop Vac to clean up any mess made. They even boxed up & taped the boxes that the sink & faucet came in. A.M Construction/Anthony is now my Go To company for any future work

AM Construction did a great job on our recent remodel of our bathrooms and kitchen. Their work was of the highest quality and we couldn't be happier with their services. They were very helpful from the estimate forward and we incorporated many of their suggestions in the final project. They were very clean and organized throughout the entire process. We've had him install French doors, update plumbing needs, work on well pumps, and repair drywall and there is never a time we have been disappointed with his work or professionalism!

Andy and Bill did a fairly large remodel on our home. We were new to the area and were very lucky to have gotten the recommendation. Both are extremely polite and professional. We put hardwoods through most of the main floor, updated trimwork, fully remodeled the kitchen, including the layout, and added a front porch.
Andy helped us redesign our kitchen and design the front porch. He kept us updated with the progress of the project and kept us informed at all the different stages. He was also very accommodating to our adding on to the project, which is so common. Any unexpected findings were addressed
