Needed a new bottom rubber seal on my door. Called another garage door company in Schaumburg. The tech told told me it was a non-standard door and he did not know whether he could fix it. He took some pictures and measurements and said he'd see what he could do and call me back. He called the next day and said he could not do anything. Although he did not try to sell me a new door, I thought that's what I would need to do. Then I called MF Solutions. Miles came out the following morning, looked at the door and said he needed to pick-up the parts and could get it done by the end

I called Max at MF Solutions Inc because my mom's garage door broke. He had made repairs on the garage a few years ago and we were very satisfied with his previous work. He fit us in his schedule very quickly, which was a relief because our door was partially open. I really appreciated how he kept me updated on the time window he was expecting to be here and his ETA when he was on his way. Max was very professional and explained what needed to be fixed so I understood what I would be paying for. He also let me know what repairs I will need in the future and the approximate cost for those repairs
