I recently brought my car to this shop for them to fix. They mentioned that my alternator was dead so they had to put a new one in. They charged over $750 for that, and when I got my car back, my belt started ticking every time I accelerated on the gas. I went there yesterday and mentioned my belt was not ticking before I gave it to you. The older lady mentioned her mechanic sprayed the belt down from making that noise, but I would need a new belt for the car. WTH!! She has the nerve to charge extra to put a belt on a car that your mechanics messed up smh.

I had repairs done at another mechanic shop for my 2013 Ford Edge and my check engine kept coming on after having the repairs done and I made several attempts to get the problem fixed. I finally went to Gillette Auto Repair and they were able to finally determine the problem and fixed it. They have Great customer service and everyone there is really nice. Ms. Linda is Awesome! Thanks again for your time and getting my vehicle back to running smoothly I appreciate y’all.

This place is awesome. I called on a Friday and explained my situation and they were able to get me in the following Monday and my car was completed by the time I got off work. Another plus is that it was a 2 minute walk from my job. This will be my forever ho to for car repair needs.

This place was terrible. They will try to get every dollar they can out of you. They are short handed, which makes me believe management is not even take care of their employees. They are slow with work, left my car there a month. Yes a whole month...got it back 7 days ago with a crack at the very bottom of my windshield, under my windshield wipers, and they have no idea how it got there. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever. Never again will I support local business. Take your car to a professional because they are definitely not.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. These people are a 10+ easy!!!! First, they’re friendly—-Linda, the owner (along with Ray, her husband), are awesome. It was such a pleasure allowing them to service my vehicle. I had recently purchased a vehicle and had put maybe 1500 miles on the transmission, when it went out!! I could feel the sincerity as Linda reached out to me because of the plight I was in—-I HAD A CAR PAYMENT AND AN UNEXPECTED REPAIR BILL!!
