I rented property for over 6 years never had a problem with them fixing things. When we fell on hard times they worked with us because we spoke to them immediately. And when we were ready to buy our own home they had no problem with us breaking the lease. We have been in our home for 1 year.

I am a property owner and have used Osceola's services since 2012. They have consistently responded to every issue that has arisen. When I had problem tenants, they had the legal conncections and in-house resources to remove the problem tenant along with their property in a timely manner.
