Services
Real estate law covers an extensive legal area, which is regulated by federal and state statutes, as well as common law. Huggins Peil Attorneys at Law, is well established in the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) for providing expert legal services for commercial and residential real estate.
This practice area deals with a variety of issues, including the following: rights and interests in real estate and real property; sales, purchases and other transfers of real estate and real property; legal aspects of rental property and landlord issues; tenants', renters' and homeowners' rights; title to real property; settlement of claims against property rights; property development; zoning and land use; related agriculture issues; home loans and foreclosures; and various other relevant topics.

Our firm's expertise in corporate law comes from many years of first-hand legal experience. Corporate law deals with the formation and operations of corporations and is related to commercial and contract law. A corporation is a legal entity created through the laws of its state of incorporation, treating a corporation as a legal "person" that has standing to sue and be sued, distinct from its stockholders.
The legal topic of wills/probate is often an uncomfortable subject for individuals to address. Huggins Peil is particularly sensitive when working with clients on these delicate issues and offers sound legal guidance on how to prepare for the future. A will is a legally enforceable declaration of how a person wishes his or her property to be distributed after death.
Attorney Charles Huggins is well known in his hometown of Augusta as an avid musician who loves family, his community, and.coffee. But family and community, of course, reigns above a good cup of cappuccino. Quality of service, approachability and integrity signify how Huggins runs his law firm and how he embraces his community.
Charles Huggins Jr. is known as the "go-to" person when a need in the community is identified. Community involvement is as much part of his daily life as is his practice of law. Huggins (though he insists on just being called Charles) is a lifetime member, Vestry, Sunday school teacher, usher and verger of Good Shepherd Episcopal Church.

Report
My ex husband uses this man as his lawyer. He never responds to my lawyer when my lawyer makes contact. Everything always takes three times as long because he is unprofessional and does not communicate. When we were in divorce court, the judge had to remind him to stand when addressing the court. I would never recommend him based on the fact that he cannot even bother to communicate with opposing council. He is young and appears to have the attitude that he is superior to everyone, including other attorneys that have been in practice much longer than him. Currently I have been waiting over a week
