She and her husband, Kelly Toppin, have lived in Stow, Ohio since 1998 and have raised their daughters, Emily and Sarah, there. Prior to insurance she was an owner of American Hospitality Coffee Service in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

It was a great experience talking with Lisa. It was like talking to a friend. We were looking for better policy and better price on our home owners policy. See did just that. She also gave info on our auto policies. She gave us better coverage and better policy. I asked a million questions and she answered them wonderfully.
We have had same ins on our home for about 30 years. It meant alot to us to have someone we could call instead of a call center that your just a number.
I would highly recommend Topping Insurance.
