I was in a real jam. I was passing through town and my headlights all burned out at the same time, I pulled off in the Columbia Falls RV park across the street and explained my situation, but Karla cruelly refused to let me sign in after hours (it was only 830pm) and told me "There's a hotel across the street". She didn't even care if an accident happened where someone could have been injured or killed.
The manager at this motel, is a wonderful and kind man who helped me out. I explained my situation and he asked "what do you need?" and I said I only needed a place to park so I could wait for

Clean, comfortable, friendly, nostalgic, convenient and accessible to downtown. The owners are very friendly too. It has that hometown feel that motels used to have, that hasn't disappeared in Columbia Falls, MT. I also like the personable approach to their reservation system. Dial them up on the phone. Best of all, the bed lulled me to sleep. Very comfortable. They won me over, for sure.

You are staying in a piece of history. My room was furnished with reclaimed and repurposed wooden furniture which was a very nice touch and it was immaculate. Friendly staff. Close to area attractions.

My wife and I were to visit Glacier National Park, like everyone else. Was greeted by the most kind and pleasant woman at the front desk. Was the Labor day weekend and I'm sure she was running that day. Although its green and nicely manicures out front, You can tell it is not a new motel by the design and had reserve ourselves to the fact it would be just a place to lay our heads and nothing special. When I inquired about a room she had 2 which we needed so we took one. When we went into the room we were again surprised by the nice finishes there had been a nice remodel/update at some point, and

A very friendly and accommodating manger opened his place and allowed us a brief respite when he didn't have to. It was much appreciated and would be a great place for lodging if we didn't already have a place. Thanks, again, for helping us when we were in need!

Had a reservation. And would not accept me with a service dog. I had all of our paperwork and documentation. They still turned me away.

This motel is amazing and so worth the stay. I must say that I was impressed to the detail and cleanliness that this small establishment has to offer. I stayed two nights with several biker buddies on our trip and we were treated with open arms. They allowed us to park under the covered breezeway and provided a table and chairs to sit around and mingle during the evenings. Kevin and his wife Carlo are the nicest folks around as far as we were concerned. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you again, I would definitely stay again..

I've driven past this Motel multiple times in Columbia Falls and never thought anything of it. It's very easy to pass up. It wasn't until I stayed here during a work trip that I realized what a perfect little gem was hidden in plain sight. Very clean room, comfy bed, relatively updated. I would stay here again for sure!

Such a cute little hotel. One you may write off when driving by, but the customer service is hard to beat. They were the cheapest in Columbia falls when we started calling around and by far the nicest. The bed is a memory foam mattress that after camping was exactly what we needed!
Great suggestions for dinner and for places to explore in the park the following days. We were worried about finding a campsite and she pointed us in the right direction with recommendations on hikes we shouldn't miss out on.
I'd definitely come back on our next trip through town!

I stayed here for the weekend and had a very convenient, comfortable, and affordable lodging experience. My flight came in late and their office was closed but they were kind enough to leave the room key where I was able to find it. The room was clean and had all of the amenities I needed for my short trip. Thank you so much for making my stay in Montana a sweet one to remember!

WATCH OUT! This place will put extra charges on your debit/credit card. They charged me months later for a stay I had already paid for. When speaking with the woman who runs the place she was rude, unsympathetic and refused to budge. BEWARE!!! I wouldn't even rate it a 1 after my conversation with her.

This place was actually pretty great. Warm room, comfortable bed, and nice customer service. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5, is because of the price. $70 for a weeknight in a motel is pretty steep. We have been on the road for a few days now and this is our third motel. For that price they usually include a complimentary continental breakfast at least. But overall it was nice.
