The Gentlemen in charge of parts, was very helpful with all my part needs for bike. Lots of knowledge and explained exactly what I needed. The ladies that work the floor and register, are always friendly and helpful. I'll be doing my shopping here instead of low country on Dorchester, because the service is just as good,if not better and closer for me. If I need a part they don't have, they will send it from Dorchester rd and you will have it in few days. I'd rather wait a few days than dealing with traffic on Dorchester Rd. But if you have to have a part that day Dorchester Harley is friendly

Jon is hands down the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. I found a beautiful xl1200 on their website, filled out the app, and 15 minutes later he called me with the numbers. The paperwork was simple and he even hooked me up with some shirts and other cool stuff. This location is smaller than Low-Country but it gave it a more one on one experience that was far more superior than when I bought my last bike.

On our way home to PA our bike broke down on the side of 95. We were able to make our way over here to get it looked at. Jimmy and Scott took care of us. It ended up being a water pump issue and they did everything they could to get us back up and running. As they were taking it out for a test drive they found that there was an issue with the front brake. Unfortunately they didn't have the part there but they sourced it from another dealer and got it there quickly. We were there for quite a while due to the nature of the repair, and the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. Grateful to have

Great buying experience with Josh and the staff at this dealership. This was my first and only stop as they got it just right throughout my purchase.
