I grew up in Rochester, New York and at the age of 16 I took a summer job with Rochester Window Cleaning. As the years passed, I was able to put myself through college (graduated with a B.S. from Michigan State 1993). I cleaned windows right up to graduation. At that point I stopped cleaning windows and went to work in "the real world."
For Big Messes - For best results, we recommend Pressure Washing, Spider Spraying, Window Cleaning - in that order. How long does the spray last? We use commercial grade pesticide - not what you find at the hardware store. Our spraying will kill spiders on contact and kill remaining spiders residually for 4-6 weeks after spraying.
The lighter color siding, unfortunately the more dust, dirt and debris will be visible on your home. The right pressure with the right chemicals will make your home SPARKLE. In most cases, we will be able to remove the black streaks on your gutters. The chemicals we use will not harm your siding or landscaping.
Full gutters will cause rainwater to flow over and oversaturate areas close to your foundation. Possibly leading to flooding, leaking or expensive repairs. Full gutters can also cause ice damming in the winter - water under your shingles that freezes - possibly causing a leaky roof. Will it make a mess on the ground if you clean the gutters?

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
They claim they wear booties in the house. They don’t. If you want someone standing on your furniture in their dirty shoes to clean a window call them. Completely disrespectful to my house furniture. I have videos and pictures of them not in booties standing on my furniture. Totally disrespectful to my house.

We hired them to power-wash the exterior of our home, and to clean all windows inside & outside.
They were flexible and understanding when we had to do a last-minute reschedule (thank you).
They were on time, neat and courteous in our home. There were 3 individuals working together with precision teamwork. The result: the windows look crystal clear; perfect! Worth the money!

Valley Window Cleaning provided us with excellent service cleaning exterior hard to reach windows. They took great care during the interior cleaning wearing shoe covers and leaving everything neat and tidy. Additional steam cleaning of the whole house exterior and a brick path was well done. We can always rely on their excellent service.
