Advanced Spinal Rehabilitation is now under new ownership. We, at Advanced Spinal Rehabilitation, Inc. are trained and educated on how the body should work in its "normal" state and how to recognize and then provide care for abnormal or dysfunctional states. Through our extensive training, we have learned to recognize abnormal states of the body, abnormal mechanical movement, and overall dysfunction.

We gladly accept most insurance plans. Below we have listed the most common insurance plans. If you have questions about whether we accept an insurance plan that is not listed, please call us at 530-751-9340. As a courtesy, we verify insurance benefits prior to patient arrival. For those patients without health insurance or those who have maxed out on their benefits, we offer an affordable private pay option.

If your a person like me that go based on comments. Well let me tell you all those negative comments that staff is rude ect.That is a lie they have wonderful staff and they are always willing to work with your scheduled. After my 8 sessions of therapy I have improved alot then before. I just want to thank you guys for such an amazing job you guys do. And people please dont judge the book by its cover ...i highly recommend you go try out the place you wont regret it.

I am recovering from shoulder surgery and have had 4 therapy sessions here to date. All the therapists have been very good. This morning I woke up sick and called to reschedule my afternoon appointment. The woman who answered the phone was curt, rude and unprofessional. She immediately told me they had no other appointments this week and ask if I was sure I couldn't make it. Her answer was so quick there is no way she had time to check the availability of other appointments. I told her no I was sick and I would just pick up another appointment next week. She persisted asking me again if I was sure

Horrible place!!!! Very rude people.....lady named Janice, who called herself the supervisor, was rude n cursed me for changing an appointment with more than 24hour notice. I found out my clients insurance didn't cover therapy fully right before I called her. She blamed me for not doing my homework and wasting her time when it was my clients doctor who sent the referral there.
