In August 2021 I purchase a used mint condition triton 18TRX with 2021 mercury 200 proxs with only 29 hours from agusta marine. I called the dealership to inquire about the boat and spoke with John who answered all my question. Then I spoke with the owner david and he explained extended warranty options and how augusta prepares the boats before deliver to the customer. The engine got a full service
eventhough there were only 29 hours. After all my questions were answered my wife and I made the 12 hour trip from new jersey to Augusta georgia

I recently purchased a new Stingray boat from Augusta Marine. It was nicely equipped with pretty much every option I could want. I was very pleased with the level of service I got during the sale thanks to JC. There were some warranty issues with the boat that were becoming a challenge to address. I was not able to bring the boat back to Augusta Marine because of the distance I would have to tow it, but Butch in the Service Department ended up being an excellent advocate for getting several questions answered. JC made the whole process go smoothly, took his time with us and as novice boaters he never made us feel inadequate for asking a lot of simple questions most boat enthusiasts would already know. I bought my first Bass boat from David, a 92 Ranger 481V. Being a newbie to boat ownership and having purchased a boat that is close to 30 years old, I had a lot of questions and concerns.
