I recently took my car to Certified Recon for detailing and I must say that I was very pleased with the job they did. However...when I returned to pick up my car the driver's side mirror was turned outward. I thought I could simply snap it back into place and that seemed to work...bad idea. The next time I got into my car I pushed the button to turn the mirrors back to the correct position and the mirror fell off. In retrospect I should have brought it to their attention before leaving but it seemed O.K. when I drove away.

I can't say enough about this team! They will fit you in and do an amazing job. I spilled coffee (20oz) on my front seat. They cleaned it for free!!! I just did it again and they are going to take care of it today even though they are booked. I will have my full detail next week. They are really the best. They want your business not just your money. They are family owned and really nice. I highly recommend them!

They came to get my car and dropped it off without any disruption at work. Figured out where I was with minimal explaining - they are smart. Priced so reasonably. Support a local business! And best of all it was the best wash, wax and interior detail ever in my car. I didn't have to do anything and it was less expensive then I had been paying. On time. Great communication. Highly recommend!

I brought in our Mini Cooper convertible, which hadn't been washed in several years, and I don't think the interior had been cleaned in even longer. We had food spills in there, our dog had gotten sick in it, and there was dirt everywhere. Not pretty. And yet, when Kenneth and Ranzy were finished with it, it looked brand new. Seriously! I wish I had taken a picture of what it looked like before, because it was an unbelievable transformation! Plus, these are very friendly guys; they just seem like good people. I highly recommend Certified Recon!!!
