Amanda helped me get multiple quotes..first when I moved into a new house and then once we built a pool. She explained how my old insurance coverage was truly not adequate and helped me find significantly better coverage for nearly the same cost as my old insurance. Could not be happier once I switched to a Coastal Alabama Insurance. Luckily I made the switch before Hurricane Sally, my agent Amanda walked me through my entire policy, letting me know exactly what I was covered for, and asked the hard questions like “how much could you afford if we had a direct hit”, and noted that my current policy didn’t even cover my fence. We got everything squared away and not even two months later we had a direct hit from Hurricane Sally. I texted Amanda at 2am that night and let her know I had a claim and would need new roof. If you are looking for insurance, look no further! Reggie and his crew are fabulous. Before we purchased our beach condo, I did extensive research and reached out to numerous companies before deciding on Coastal Alabama.
