Already this place is VERY expensive compared to the surrounding areas. AFTER you pay what they want to save the date they change and add more money to the total. So first of all they continue to up sale you until you say yes. Pushy and unprofessional. After a verbal agreement They asked for $1000. So I paid them there money and she stated she will have to email me the contact once she writes it up. That same employee lady that took my payment also said she needs to ask the owners questions she couldn't answer because the owner stopped answering the phone calls and they will get back to me about

So originally we were wanting to tour this venue but they took to long to get back to us. By the time they contacted us we were already speaking to a different venue but they didn’t seem to care. They kept calling my cell and emailing what did they do wrong. There was one time when they called I ignored it and they immediately called back again then left a voicemail and emailed me within 5 minutes. I finally stopped answering and they starting bothering my fiancé by calling him multiple times trying to set up a tour even tho we let them know we have another venue. After a week it so they left

I had my wedding there November 25th...the event staff was very helpful in making sure the payments we made towards the event went smoothly. However...on the day of the event...the floors were not cleaned...the back patio had trashcans everywhere...the tables were not set up correctly..im thankful my family and friends were able to fix all that. But I expect to see a venue of this caliber to make sure their rooms are in tip top shape ready for the next event. We definitely cleaned it and put everything away even better than it was presented to us. Overall however the event came together nicely
