Erik Winther the owner of San Juan homes started his career in construction working for his father at The Winther Co. in Arizona. After his fathers passing Erik and a partner took over the company and ran it successfully for many years. Eventually Erik found a new life in Colorado, but his passion to create more was still there.

As a local Home builder in Pagosa Springs, we take our building seriously. There are many Home Builders in Pagosa Springs to choose from, and we invite you to come and see what the differences are between our homes and theirs. If you merely want to avoid having a home that appears too cookie-cutter inside and out, then our semi-custom homes are the way to go. They offer the advantage of getting to choose the features you want in a home without the high price tag of a fully custom home. When we design homes, we can pre-order materials to coincide with each stage of development.
This home is 2251 Square feet, and is estimated for completion at the end of April. Beautifully appointed. Cabinets are dark grey with a light grey island. This home also has a very nice view window wall in the living room, with a great vaulted ceiling with Beams and T&G. This is a lovely home that was a redesign of one of our existing home plans.
Although our primary business is building homes for buyer's looking for a finished product, we do have systems in place to build for people that may already own land, or are looking for a different product that we are not currently building on. In order to start the process we would need a set of your house plans if available, and we would also need to look at your Property.

Ok, I’m a boomer... and believe it or not I’ve never written a review online...so here we go...
these guys Eric and Cobey are awesome... we connected with them in October 2019... this was after spinning our wheels with another contractor for over two months... Cobey got back to me the same day i had reached out with my enquiring email... it’s been rock and roll ever since... over the next two weeks Erik and Cobey gave us their undivided attention and hammered out our custom home plan ( a lot of midnight oil was used up during this time)
We are about 1/3 done with the build now... it is
