We are a family friendly campground serving New Hampshire's Monadnock Region since 1965. Our family-owned campground sits on 23 scenic acres in Rindge on the beautiful Lake Contoocook. Woodmore Campground features 125 campsites allowing us to accommodate your cozy tent or large RV. All sites have a table and fire-ring. Boat rentals are available, as well as firewood, groceries and propane without leaving camp. Woodmore offers many great things to do without leaving the campground.

Woodmore offers many great things to do without leaving the campground. You will find activities of interest from sun up to sun down. We offer boat rentals or you may bring your own boat, many enjoy fishing the lake, a license is required for anyone 16 or older. The nearby Rails To Trails path is great for walking or biking and pet friendly.
If you'd like to stay for the season, bring a group, hold a family reunion, a wedding reception or any other activity here at Woodmore Campground, we'd like to help. We have the following amenities available. Sometimes the ideal solution to a busy life is the convenience of being all set up for the season.
Please be sure to stay on Route 202 until South Woodbound Road do not follow internet directions telling you to take Main Street and Payson Hill Road. Keene, NH: Route 12 Swanzey/Troy, left Route 119 (Mr. Mikes), left Route 202 East, *follow from directions below. Concord, NH area: From Interstate 89 North take Exit 5 onto Route 202 West toward Henniker/Keene ***follow from directions below.
Note: Free Camping is offered to Active Duty U.S. Armed Forces Members during Armed Forces weekend in May. Specials are shared on our Facebook page. Discounts are not offered on holiday or special event dates, or weekends in July and August. Our Weekly and Monthly Rates are not eligible for club discounts as they are already discounted.
If you are an active duty member of the U.S. Armed Forces or the spouse or minor children of an active duty member, you are eligible for FREE camping. Active duty members of the U.S. Armed Forces or the spouse or minor children of an active duty member receive a 10% discount on campsite fees. Rent 1 Deluxe, Standard or Tent Site and receive a second site of equal or lesser value FREE for friends or another family.

Just got home from Woodmore campground. Enjoyed our stay. Clean,safe family oriented campground. Really liked the wood delivery.
Nice touch. Only drawback was the late party people that where hitting it pretty hard all weekend. Management was all over them. Especially was impressed with management stoping by in the AM to apologize for the noise. “We don’t allow that behavior here”. Appreciate that from them. We will be back. If your looking for a quick weekend getaway or longer stay this is the place.

Beautiful lake near the campground; owner was kid friendly; having kayaks available to rent was Fantastic; clean campground; if you are looking for rustic you definitely get it here- I’m just partial to beach campgrounds- but loved being here. Very friendly and helpful. Pool and playground were added bonuses

Been to many campsites. Been tent camping all my life and I am very happy with the site we got T5. Took a walk and most of the T sites are somewhat secluded. Some of the sites closely adjoin if you have a larger group.
Also fire wood and ice prices are excellent and they deliver to your site.
No complaints and will definitely come back.

We can not say enough about the people who own, run and operate this campground. My family and I spent a week at Woodmore and it was PACKED! BUT everyone was friendly and respectful not only to each other but also to the Sam’s, father and Son, the guys making sure everyone and everything was top notch! You feel safe and welcome at Woodmore, and they even have a timed adult swim with no kids 😂 A+ In our book!

We use to love this campground! We camped there weekends and vacations for 3-4 years and couldn’t say enough good things!! We became seasonal, over the years (7 to be exact), it’s become very obvious that the owners pay more attention to you if you have... A-Money, B-a service/talent to offer or share, and C-volunteer your time...

We stayed there 3 nights, our 1st time there. We stayed at the safari field. The bathrooms we used were the ones near the pool/playground area. Extremely clean, I believe brand new too. The children had fun in the pool, they played volleyball and used the basketball court. The lake was walking distance, pretty close, we all loved fishing from the dock. We rented 6 kayaks from single to doubles it cost us $80 for 1 hour. We enjoyed it very much. There is no swimming near the dock but because we had the kayaks we took a dip in a little island not far from the shore. On Friday they had a movie night

I have been camping for about 50 years all throughout the northeast. Woodmore campground is definitely my favorite place to go. Quiet time is enforced , pets are allowed, there is swimming, boating and lots to do if you choose to participate. Sam and Chris are friendly, reasonable and fair. I have camped at Woodmore as both a weekender and a seasonal , in a tent, a pop up and a travel trailer and loved it all. It’s a great family campground!

We have been camping with Woodmore Campground for 3 years now and we absolutely love it there. Chris and Sam make sure everyone is happy and things run smoothly. They have tons of activities for the kids and adults to attend. This campground is clean and their sites are well kept and neat. They just built a brand new bathroom and laundry room right across from the pool. I love that playground, pool, beach volleyball court, bocci and horseshoes are all in the center of the campground. Easy to keep and eye on your kids. I can't say enough about this wonderful campground and I've had family and friends
