Ben helped me find a 3 bedroom apartment for my family and I cannot be thankful enough. He is a lovely attentive property manager, who cares about the well-being of his tenants and properties. I rented an apartment from Richmont Realty for 3 years and could not have been happier with my living arrangement. The kitchen had just been redone when I moved in and the appliances were brand new and top quality. The apartment was nice and the location was excellent, and the price was fair. More importantly, whenever I had an issue the management was quick to respond and very accomodating. I cannot thank Ben enough for taking such good care of the building and my apartment when I needed it.

Ben has been my landlord for 5 years and highly recommend him and his team. He is very attentive and is always trying to find solutions to any issue we might have with the apartment! He's super generous and helpful! Ben has literally helped us move and even helped us install furniture and decorations! I have never had such a wonderful experience with a landlord. We truly appreciate Ben and all that he does to make sure we are happy and comfortable!
