Dr. Calcagni is a Doctor who is unsurpassed in his knowledge and professional prowess. His care, understanding and knowledge for and towards his patients is unapparelled. In plain English, you don't get any better. I have been with him for the past 6 years and EVERYTIME I have seen him for an issue, he has been quick, decisive and knowledgeable on the best approach to fixing the problem. I had my ingrown toenail removed and Dr. Calcagni and the staff were awesome. They had me in a great mood and explained everything thoroughly. I was pretty nervous going into it and they had me laughing the whole time. They close at 4pm and I had a 3:30 appointment and they saw me and did the whole procedure. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Calcagni was so wonderful with our 4 year old son. I can’t say enough about how great his bed side manner was. He was funny and relaxed which was perfect for making our 4 year feel comfortable and not going to lie helped me relax too because when you kid has a bad ingrown toe nail you know what’s to come. He was so informative and gave us our options as parents to make our son’s best choice. Highly recommend him as a pediatric Podiatrist. We are so happy we found a great foot Dr for our son.

After a couple of visits with another local podiatrist with disappointing results, I called Dr. Calcagni's office and was able to obtain a same day appointment. He immediately found the source of my problem and pain and explained in detail the cause and remedies. I left the office with less pain and a plan for total recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Calcagni with his cutting edge knowledge and his friendly and concerned staff.

Dr. Calcagni was very accommodating with my 14 year old son… he had a very painful and deep ingrown toenail and his humor made the situation a lot easier for my son to manage during the procedure. Dr. Calcagni was quick and efficient.. I highly recommend his services to anyone who might have the need for a Foot specialist.

I have been using Dr. Calcagni since I moved to Naples three years ago. He is always pleasant and respectful. He takes the time to listen to me and also takes the time to explain the problem and go over my options. He also is respectful of my time meaning he's not scheduling patients on top of each other. His office staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Dr. Chris Calcagni has helped me with several foot issues. He healed a painful, long-term plantar fasciitis with a quick surgical procedure. Now, I fractured a toe, and he's helping me get back to full mobility after this small but painful injury. He is caring, skilled, and thorough. Great office staff - everyone is friendly & efficient. After suffering a severe ankle sprain during COVID, I waited a while before venturing out to a doctor. Unfortunately, I was still in quite a bit of pain after a couple of months, so I went to Dr. Calcagni's office. I received an in office x-ray, and then an out-of-office MRI. After receiving the MRI report, Dr. C gave me a 'boot' and stated that if the boot didn't solve things that I would probably need surgery to strengthen my ankle and prevent future rolling/sprains.

Based upon marketing, healthgrades and yelp reviews, I met with Dr Calcagni for a bunion consultation. He was great. I was charged $95 for the appointment.
I called the practice on 6/26 to request a review of my insurance and an estimate of the procedure so I could schedule surgery. The receptionist said she would pass my request on to her supervisor. Didn't receive a reply. I called the office again on 7/7. The phone kept ringing no answer. Tried again 7/7 and spoke with receptionist at 4pm. I explained my request and frustration in trying to gain information and schedule surgery. She stated

I would like to say that this is the best experience I've ever had with a physician. The staff was great as well. Ive had issues with my feet for years and never found the time to get them looked at. I go to Coastal Foot & Ankle care and my issue is diagnosed right away. The doctor treated my issues on the spot and gave me directions on how to treat it. Within 6 weeks, my feet were 90% healed. Within the next 4 weeks, the doctor cleared me and gave me suggestions on how to prevent this moving forward. I would recommend this place to anyone who has had any issues. It is well worth the time

I had an excellent experience. I don't usually write reviews but after reading a few negative reviews, I felt I needed to write about my experience. I had an emergency and fortunately they were able to fit me in. From my initial phone call, gals working in the office, medical assistant and doctor visit, a totally positive experience. All my questions were answered satisfactorily, biopsy was taken, a follow up appt scheduled. I am from Boston, the best medicine/doctors in the world, so I am super critical. I was totally satisfied with my experience.

I see Dr Calcagni has mostly great reviews so I'm not sure what happened to my mom long story short don't tell him that you want a second opinion. Apparently his ego I very fragile because that is what my mother said and you could see the look on his face that he was appalled that anyone would question his expert opinion. Before she said anything about getting a second opinion his recommendation was to amputate her toe as soon as possible and he would get her into surgery the next morning. He referred us to a wound care specialist who we saw the next day she said the same thing Dr Calcagni

TO BE HONEST THIS DOES GO BACK SEVERAL MONTH AGO FOR THIS APPT BUT ........
Well I've been waiting now since 330pm it's now 540pm and still have not been seen. I am a walk in new pt. I originally came to the redi-med urgent care and noticed the Coastal Foot & Ankle Center in the same ofc, which i thought might be better to see considering this involved my toe. I was told there were plenty of openings, yet I'm still sitting here waiting. The urgent care has taken in pt after pt .... did I make a mistake ??
