Bar none, the best experience I've ever had getting one of my vehicles tinted. Luis was extremely polite and professional, quick to communicate and fit me into his schedule, plus his team was a great bunch of people too! The service was super quick and came out perfect, not a single touch up was needed. My car used to get into the 100's° within less than an hour, now I sometimes need to turn off my AC because it almost gets too cold! I love it, I will likely be back for a PPF in the near future!

I found this business through a Google search. I called and spoke with Luis who's the owner. Luis was very professional and informative, and referred me to Sergio at the shop. I can tell you that this is one of the most impressive auto shops that I've been to, from the service to the attention to detail. I was in and out in a timely manner and SUV looks awesome. I had the pleasure of speaking to Luis over the phone while inquiring about tints for my vehicle. He was patient and thorough while explaining the differences and the prices of each of the product services available. Upon arrival I also had the pleasure of meeting Sergio who took the time to reinforce what I had spoken about with Luis. This is a great company! I made an appointment to get my windows tinted on my 2021 Ford Explorer. Once I arrived I was greeted by the owner of the business right away. My vehicle was taken in for the service within 10 minutes from my arrival. The staff was very attentive and provided suggestions prior to starting the work, which was very much appreciated. I am very happy with the quality of work and the products they used. Their attention to detail and professionalism is outstanding. This place is amazing for a start. The Tintem facility is comfortable and you feel like you are going to get a quality job done. I had work done to my car with one of the businesses next door and they referred me to Tintem to have good tints done. Upon meeting the owner and the professional, Luis, I knew everything was going to go smoothly. I have tints done all around and on my taillights, headlights, and reflectors. He even did a flare to the taillights that made it pop. His sincerity and professionalism are a model for any tint place and the fact that he has the skills to back it up makes Tintem

Luis and his team are absolutely wonderful. Let me start by saying I am not familiar with cars or tints and they helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. The tints on my car look great!!! Highly highly dissatisfied like I'm livid... I made an appointment yesterday with luis... to have one of his guys come to my house for tints today from 2-3pm at 1030am today he texts that his guy had an emergency... mind you I urgently needed these done because my daughter has a medical condition and cannot be in heat... we live in Miami... I had al my tints removed so they can be reinstalled today... Luis seemed to not care about my situation... literally felt like he wanted to say "oops oh well" he was supposed to help me out and find someone to fix his situation and I never got

I saw Mr. Luis Valdes working on my neighbor's car and I did some research before letting him work on my car. After talking to my neighbor and searching the internet, I decided to hired Tintem, and no regrets ! He is really good on what he does. He takes his time and he is very very meticulous. I would hired him again when I get my next car. This is my first time getting my car tinting.
