Went in to get an oil change and was out within three minutes. Horrible customer service. I didn't even hesitate to leave. Simply had asked the mechanic what the cost would be for an oil change, and before I could say anything, he demanded my keys? I mean okay, yea sure, I was interested in getting an oil change. So then I asked again what the cost would be, and to my disbelief I was answered in some obnoxious nasty attitude. Got my keys and left l. I never even got a quote of the oil change. Drove to valvoline and got my oil change there. Pricier but superior experience.

So last month I took my new Bettle for an oil change and all of a sudden my car starts to leak oil so I took it to my mechanic.I told him that I had recently did the oil and filter change and to take a look at it.Well he told me that they did the oil change but not the filter and that's when it click.When I first got to do he oil change the guy doing my oil change came out and told me that they didn't have the filter and a few minutes later he comes out and tells me that I was lucky cause they happened to have one left but it was a special filter so it was extra.Never coming back here

Been here a few times, anyone can change oil. Last visit they didn't tighten the oil filter so my truck leaked oil all over my driveway. I work so I sent my wife to let them know, they told her is was rear main seal and sent her home. I had her call back and ask if they tightened filter, they said no. She took it back and when I got home I pressure washed underneath and wouldn't you know no leak. What separates good businesses from ones that don't last is the ability to admit mistakes and provide excellent service. My driveway now has several huge oil spots and the underneath of
