Ace Auto Glass offers the 5 Point Front Windshield Check at all 4 Oahu locations in Kalihi, McCully, Kaneohe and Aiea. This is a FREE service provided by Ace Auto Glass. Ace Auto Glass will inspect the vehicle's currently installed front windshield for optical quality and clarity. The inspection may identify potential bonding concerns that may cause, or have already caused leaks.
Ace Auto Glass technicians are certified by Ace Auto Glass and the Auto Glass Safety Council for glass retention, exact fit, and other safety matters involved in the glass replacement process. This will ensure the highest level of glass replacement in the industry. Each Ace Auto Glass certified technician understands proper installation methods, and takes responsibility for each windshield installed.
Ace Auto Glass guarantees its workmanship against water leaks for as long as the customer owns their vehicle. Stress cracks due to installation are guaranteed for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. In the event a customer's windshield is nicked or chipped after an Ace installation, a customer may receive a free windshield repair on the same windshield provided the glass is repairable.

This is the second time that I would need to change my crack windshield. The first time was through Safelite because of my insurance. They did good and it was fixed.
This time I had a hard time finding a place that had a Toyota Sienna windshield, including Safelite.
I finally called Ace Auto Glass. They had one in stock. Yay! Appointment was easy to schedule. Great customer service and my windshield was fix in less than 2 hours.

My car back windshield was hit accidentally and glass shattered into 1,000 pebbles. I researched who could replace it quickly. I contacted one 5-star company but they were booked up to the following week.
I didn't want to wait that long and noticed Ace Auto Glass had been in business a long time and had a branch reasonably close by. I preferred they come to where the car was so I didn't have to drive it with the shattered windshield but the rep said they wouldn't be able to get all the glass out since their machine wasn't portable.

I had a rock hit my windshield on 4/17 on the way coming home and one company I thought of was Ace Auto Glass. She told me she didn't have my windshield and it had to be special ordered. Also, that it would take 4-8 weeks for it to come in. Hearing that I could have tried another company or even tried the dealership, but no I was willing to stick it out. Well, my long wait was over when I got that call that my windshield was in. Hallelujah, now I won't have to look at that crack.
Anyway, I took my car in on 6/15 at 8:30am and was told it was going to be 1-1/2 or 2hrs. Not a problem

ACE Auto Glass was so amazing! I was completely flustered when I found a large crack in my windshield after work (with no indication of how it got there). Put out a bunch of quote requests on Yelp, some responded but when they said they would call me the next day never did and others never responded at all.
Karen called me early the next morning and was so helpful. She asked me for my VIN to make sure the new windshield was perfect (others just asked for Make and Model of my car). We went back and forth on a couple of calls to make sure the windshield was in stock and pricing. It was her

Great experience here! Sadly had my glass shattered Christmas week when someone broke into my car. Ace auto was the only glass company who answered my call right away. They worked hard to get me the correct glass in the fastest and most cost effective way possible. They even accommodated my crazy work schedule and held my car in their garage over the weekend so I didn't need to leave it in the parking lot without a window. I am so appreciative to them. Thank you for the great and friendly service. Definitely recommend!

Very impressed with the quality of service that I received here! Making an appointment was painless, the receptionist is super friendly and responsive. The gentleman who worked on my car was very helpful and thorough. When the situation became more than initially expected the team worked with me and didn't charge me excessively! Ace fit me into an appointment the same day I found my windshield cracked. Very reasonable pricing for the quality of work and it was done in a timely manner, within the time specified.
My phone calls were answered quickly and the information provided was given promptly, they really know their stuff.
Another Autoglass repair place I called prior to ace had a fully automated system and in the end no one picked up, I wasn't able to make an appointment on their website either.
Thankfully Ace was on point and with a very quick turn around. I would highly recommend them.

I've been there on three occasions which means I have terrible luck with my cars being broken into. Once for them to install the glass and 2 times just purchasing the window. Shadell has helped me each tine and she has been a delight to work with. She is very helpful and understanding. Great price and great work. Thanks!!!

I had a passenger rear window busted during a surf session. Ace Auto Glass in Pearl City was quick in giving a quote via yelp and email. After booked my appointment Ace took an hour to replace my shattered remanent-of-a-window.
Since service was received during the pandemic there's little to no contact. This meant calling when I arrived, exchanging documents and money on a clip board and no waiting room (I read in the park across the street).
The quote I got was the lowest when I did a price comparison but it was a non-brand window. The price might be more should you need a dealership

For $380 not worth it shoulda hired a mobile company to come to my house

Passenger side window was broken. My insurance recommended safelite and they quoted me with 350+ for the service. I called Ace and they were able to fix it with much less then that. Went in and the receptionist was very nice and welcoming. It took about an hour to get it done. Had to wait outside because of COVID-19 to eliminate gathering in an enclosed area. The glass was replaced with no indication that it never happened besides the manufacturer of the glass itself. Tested the window to make sure it was installed correctly and it was. Now i have to do my own tint. Great job and thank you.

Shantelle M., Branch Manager, was very helpful in finding me a new driver side window for my older car. She ordered the window that took about a week and called me to schedule an installation. The installation was done quickly under an hour. The price for the window and labor was also reasonable.

Top notch place! So this silly Little Rock decides to hit my windshield thus giving me a little crack which spread into a bigger crack and so I called my insurance and they gave my several options but I decided to go to Ace because all the great reviews and then I found out that they work close with my Dearlship, so YAY! This company was easy to book although there was a small snapfue about how long to get my windshield but they got it from my dealership which took a week so that was great. My day of arrival was quick and they told me it would take 1 1/2 hours but within an hour it was finished

Top rated auto glass specialists. We had to bring in a vehicle to fill in the crack that recently happened. We got there 15 minutes before the appointment and they took us right away. We didn't have to wait long but was really happy with their work, the time spent on it and the quality.
It's a small little shop but puts out amazing results. The works are professional and on it. I mean before you can even finished your sentence they know what you are here for and get to it right away.

My boyfriend just bought a new car and while driving, a rock hits his windshield and leaves a crack. Being a new car and because it was a pretty deep hit, he plans out to check out a few glass repair shops. I call the shop to see if I can make an appointment, the receptionist was very helpful and instead of an appointment, she told us to come in so we could get it assessed. I told her we would be there in half an hour.
Went in, was able to get them to check out the crack and right away we were told to get it replaced. We went back inside and spoke to the receptionist and she gave us the low down

I finally decided to get my windshield replaced after about an year because cop gave me a ticket for my cracked windshield. I needed to find an affordable shop because I am currently a student. Ace glass had the cheapest price for my honda civic 2008. They did an excellent job on it and was fast. Very reliable.
