John is an absolute beast of a man. The things he has done for my significant other and I are nothing short of a miracle. In the middle of the mortgage process, my S/O got laid off. We were devastated. What we saw as a dead end, John saw as a mere speed bump. He managed to take all of the stress out of such a difficult situation for us. There are mortgage brokers, and then there is John E Young Mortgage. John’s superior knowledge of the mortgage process is second to none. I don't know if I have enough space here to accurately describe how wonderful John is and how much he helped me through my first house falling through to closing on my second house. He will tell you his honest opinion about your situation, which I greatly appreciated considering this was my first home purchase and I was clueless. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but John for your home buying needs!
