I wouldn’t bank here if they paid me. Their system appears to be from 1998. They don’t have an app or even up-to-date online banking options. The workers, from tellers all the way up to managers, are completely incompetent, seemingly nice people, but incompetent nonetheless. My mother-in-law couldn’t get into her own account for weeks after her husband passed because “their system wouldn’t allow it” and “they had never seen anything like it.” This was not the only instance of incompetence but you get the picture. I hope no one else has a bad experience here, but you have been warned
