My husband gave me a gift certificate for a pedi. It's wonderful salon. I loved the ambiance and the music (both are tasteful). The manicurist (Kathy) was lovely and my polish is outstanding. My heels are smooth too, which really is the measure of a good pedi for me. I got the Chocolate Martini package. I drove 30 miles for this experience, and it was worth it.

Had a really good first time experience here. It was also my first time ever getting a pedicure and manicure. Showed the guy a picture of what I wanted (for manicure) and he was able to meet my standards. Loved loved my nails. #may2021

Just a bad experience all around. Took my mother for a pedi for what I thought was going to be relaxing and enjoyable time as it should be. Total opposite. The lady tech absolutely did nothing or bare minimum. Spent maybe 5 minutes at best on her toes. Another 5 to 10 on scrub and cooling gel and threw on some nail polish and directed us to the area to get dry. All with no smile, no eye contact, not a peep and weird looks on top of that at times. At that point, we felt like they just pushed my mom through as quickly as possible to get to the next client. Out the dozens of pedis that my wife, 3

Been to Gloss several times and always happy with their services. Took my 12 year old neice to get her nails done today. Gloss Nail Bar is always accommodating for scheduling. Kathy and Hannah are amazing at what they do. Very patient, friendly, and thorough! Hannah did a cute design for my neice -- just what she wanted. Thank you girls! We will come back and definitely recommend!

First, cleanest salon in town. Second, only salon around that correctly does lash extensions. And lastly, I have had better nail service at Gloss than any other place in the area. This is my go-to.

I drive over an hour every two weeks just for Gloss. I applaud the staff for dealing with the people who come here. If I had any complaint, it would be for the entitled rude women who stop in. The past 4 times I've had to sit listening to some embarrassing women complain and think the people doing their nails owe them the world. They don't. You're ruining the experience for others who just want to relax..

Came in and the place was very busy. I was greeted right away though and still sat down about 6 minutes max after my appointment time (which with how busy it was was amazing). I can't remember who helped me, but she did an amazing job and I really appreciated how much of my input she asked for. It was just above an beyond what I normally experience. Definitely going to be a repeat customer!
