Hadley Farms Bakery is a family owned and operated bakery located in Smithsburg, Maryland. Layers of butter and yeasted dough are folded, mixed, cut, formed, and hand curled to perfection. The women and men who make these items are the heart of our success. Hadley Farms bakes a full line of golden, layered Croissants and a wide selection of "just like homemade" Cinnamon rolls, Sweet rolls and Danish Pastries.
Services
Hadley Farms, Inc. accepts employment applications Monday through Thursday between 8:00AM and 3:00PM. Applications must be filled out on site; so please apply in person. A brief interview will be conducted when your application is submitted. Subsequent interviews will be scheduled at a time that is convenient for Hadley Farms, Inc and the applicant.

Hadley farms is such a great company to work for i love how the whole plant feels like a family and everyone is looking out for everyone. If someone is struggling, others around will take the time to help them out and get them trained properly. The great thing about this place too is the amazing supervisor and leads. They are always positive and always finding ways to help work run as smoothly as possible. Its a great feeling working for Hadley farms and being part of this work family.

I'm a huge fan of Hadley Farms' cinnamon rolls!
This place has been around since the '80s, and they offer whole grain croissants/cinnamon rolls/sweet rolls, danishes, and twisted round rolls. Each of these come in various sizes, different icings, and different fillings! They also offers fundraising options, too!
Their cinnamon rolls has a super rich cinnamon smear inside; anyone who loves cinnamon will love this! The dough itself is super moist and it has a delicious white icing on it (also comes in a light glaze and gourmet cream cheese).

People cough and sneeze all over the food, supervisors and managers sometimes don't wear gloves when they're handling product (even though they get on the staff to do so). Management doesn't care if you're hurting or injured as long as you can work, so you can't recover unless you take a lot of time off, and they don't train new employees so the crew has to do it while also keeping up with the machines.
