Water was leaking into the washing machine when turned of. Called them and they knew what the problem was. So before they came they ordered the part. Blake came out and was very professional and knowledgeable had the part replaced in a short time. I highly recommend Mintex appliance service.

Mintex is a 5 for 5. Outstanding customer service from when I called and spoke with Brandy to request refrigerator service right up to when Blake called me on his way to the house. His customer service was impeccable, product knowledge and work ethic was spot on. Professional service from walking in the front door with a smile and right up to cleaning his work area and a friendly thank you before he left. I will definitely call y’all again for any and all appliance services.

Absofreakinglutely love these people! We would not call anyfreakingone else for any appliance repair. Nice, respectful, timely, and it doesn't break the freaking bank like most other services that come to the house. I'm not going to wish more of our freaking appliances died but I really don't dread calling them when they do. Hands down the best freaking appliance repair company I've ever freaking dealt with.

We called and Cindy (AKA Supergirl) had Chris out to our house before the end of the week. He converted a dryer for us, and then took a couple of extra minutes to go through our house helping us to understand our appliances. He told us what needed to be cleaned (that could be cleaned by us) and helped me with a repair that I wanted to do myself. We could not be happier with the service and professionalism of this company. We will be using them again.
