Doug was able to acquire a 550 property $15million dollar troubled bank portfolio on the Maryland Delaware line and with the help of the community and local government he was able to restructure the property into a 7,000 seat outdoor amphitheater, construct Kylan Barn the regions newest wedding-event center and attract one of the nations top and the regions top builder to join in and start construction of single family homes.
