I called and emailed for an appointment for the eyebrow proceedure and I was given an appointment in a timely manner. The new location in midtown Manhattan is very easy to get to and convenient. Everything is very clean and looks like a high end hotel spa. The receptionist is very nice and Emilia is very professional and friendly and knows what she's doing.

My experience with Emilia can not be summed up in a few short sentences but her work is Truly life changing. She’s extremely professional and dedicated to her work. She’s a fantastic artist, my brows and lips have never looked so damn good! First time trying something like this out, of course I was hesitant.. I’m all about the complete natural- I woke up like this- look.. I couldn’t be happier with the results!! they are 100% worth the investment... I got my brows and eyelash enhancement done by Emilia and I’am so thankful I did! Such an amazing experience and truly life changing.. Love Emilia Berry and her work! Reception at Manhattan office is not the best: not very friendly, and unclear as of what to do to check in.
UPDATE: Went back for my year touch up; reception greeted me by name, knew my service and was delightful! And of course, Emilia was fast, gentle and a perfectionist - which I LOVE! I recommend her highly.

Emilia is nothing short of professional, courteous and so warm-hearted. From start to finish, I was totally impressed with her response time, creating and confirming my appointment, and genuine interest in what she does. My eyebrows made me into a new woman once she was done with me! The endless compliments I have received are all thanks to Emilia.
