Tri county is about the money, the staff is uncaring. When my doctor told me to get talk therapy, the person who answered my call to make this appointment, asked me questions, one of which was " why now and not before?" Then said she would call me back but never did, so I did not get the therapy. My doctor takes it personally when his treatment plan doesn't work for me. Once he was angry about it. He also insist my meds do not cause symptoms I am having-adverse effects. I looked it up online and sure enough it is there in black and white! The phones are never answered by

When I began at Tri County I was told my service would be free of charge. Since then they have tried to say differently and now they are saying they can not see me at all after being a patient for several years. When I had Insurance they used it and then tried billing me for the rest. I have tried multiple times to discuss this with Tri County only to be passes off to another person 4 times now and have not heard back. It appears as though it is NOT about the patients health, but the county pocket book! I pay my portion included in my annual real-estate bill for mental health!

First attempted to get help for my son in late October of 2019. The ER he had gone to claimed they were the only folks in our area he could get help from. I went in and was forced to speak to three different people before they decided they could do nothing for us. When Covid took off, and Zoom appointments became a thing, I called back- this was fall of 2020, I spoke with someone who thought they might help my son, or maybe connect him with case management, and then my son spoke with someone else on the phone and then I spoke with several different people, and then my son and I filled out lots

I am honestly not happy with my service here. I have been waiting since June to get an ESA letter so I can move in with my animal and they have yet to send it to me. First it was my nurse never even communicated with anyone that I needed one and now for the last who knows how long it’s been the doctor needs to sign it. You would think 4 months would be more than enough time to do an ESA letter. Even told them I had to send it in before I could move into my housing out at where I go to school and still nothing. I would suggest if you have a timetable not going here. If you don’t have one and

I am disabled. During the day, to have something to do besides stay home all the time, Tri-county has a "Day Program". The Day program has lots of purposes for people with mental illness. It's a way to meet other people, it has groups that teach certain topics and there's a staff member assigned to each person to help with personal goal setting. Each day it also offers a different outing in the morning and afternoon. Transportation is provided as long as the participant resides within the specified area.

The worst care we have ever seen for the children in mental health... TriCounty should be investigated and have the egotistical lawyer CEO and their old dangerous man hating CFO fired for using our kids and other kids in the community to funnel money into their program with complete disregard to the level of care that is really needed. 45-minute evaluations could be as short as 5 minutes. It's not possible to properly diagnose children that have experienced deep trauma with the sloppy attention they give it. They're inhumane, inconsiderate, and dangerous for a family needing really help. Took almost

This place is ridiculous... I take my brother here for treatment and the staff is ALWAYS rude! They're also IMPOSSIBLE to get on the phone!! Took 3 months to schedule an appointment!!! RIDICULOUS!! THIS IS A MENTAL HEALTH DOCTORS OFFICE!!! My brother went two months without his medication because of this!! And when I tried to talk to them about all these problems they told me it was my fault! I will be going somewhere else for now on..
