In addition to our store, we provide area restaurants with our delicious bread, deliver to other businesses in town, and ship to stores and cafes throughout the region. He attended the San Francisco Baking Institute - one of the highest regarded bread baking schools in the country.

Services
To refresh your bread after freezing, defrost slowly and warm in a 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes. The bread at Falls Baking Company is made in the old world tradition with no preservatives or additives. All of our breads are made from scratch with artisan bread flour. The dough is made with a pre-fermented starter to enhance the flavor of the bread.

The breads, the scones, the energy bars, the homemade graham crackers, the granola, the granola bars and the list goes on and on. Their sourdough bread is usually ready around 11 and I will wait for it or time my trip into town from the lake so I an pick some of this up.
They have a great selection of goodies to chose from and the quality is simply amazing.

We always look forward to visiting Falls Baking Company when we are in Fergus. I like to go inside and breathe deep. mmmmmmmmm. There is also the most beautiful young lady I've ever seen making the bread. I think it's Scot's daughter...but I'm not sure. BTW, try the scones....wow...buttery. yummmmmm.
