Thanks to our great customers from Fergus Falls and the surrounding areas, we are now selling between 250 and 500 loaves a day! In addition to our store, we provide area restaurants with our delicious bread, deliver to other businesses in town, and ship to stores and cafes throughout the region. He attended the San Francisco Baking Institute - one of the highest regarded bread baking schools in the country.

He has developed many bread formulas for Falls Baking Company, and he continues to expand his glutenous repertoire by adding exciting new breads every once in a while! Traci Kromenaker is a business aficionado.

Bread Schedule Report
To refresh your bread after freezing, defrost slowly and warm in a 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes. The bread at Falls Baking Company is made in the old world tradition with no preservatives or additives. All of our breads are made from scratch with artisan bread flour. The dough is made with a pre-fermented starter to enhance the flavor of the bread.

Great bread! It is a bit more expensive than I'd like so I can't go except for a special treat but otherwise the bread is great.

Their Apple Walnut cake is one of the best things I've ever eaten in 45 years. Went there for the first time October 2021. Also got the bread (Sesame rosemary), molasses cookies and m&m cookies. Everything was great. The Apple Walnut Cake was out of this world, though.

Decent bakery for fresh bread. The scones were a little lacking and the kids were disappointed as there were know fresh donuts.

Incredible bread, like french boules, door dough loafs. But get there early, cause they sell out. Oatmeal monster cookies are pretty good too.

Do yourself a favor and try the cinnamon raisin bread. Everything here is so delicious and the staff is always great to work with. They are a true staple in the area!

Great baked goods. The bread selection rotates but there are always delicious options. I love the cranberry lemon scones and the garlic parmesan bread. This is the best bread in the area. If you have not tried it you are missing out on what bread can be like.

Their bread is the best! I love trying new cheeses and their deserts, too. I always pick up a loaf when I'm in town, and some home made dog biscuits for my pup.

The breads, the scones, the energy bars, the homemade graham crackers, the granola, the granola bars and the list goes on and on. Their sourdough bread is usually ready around 11 and I will wait for it or time my trip into town from the lake so I an pick some of this up.

They have a great selection of goodies to chose from and the quality is simply amazing.

We always look forward to visiting Falls Baking Company when we are in Fergus. I like to go inside and breathe deep. mmmmmmmmm. There is also the most beautiful young lady I've ever seen making the bread. I think it's Scot's daughter...but I'm not sure. BTW, try the scones....wow...buttery. yummmmmm.

Amazing baked goods, and they're organic! The garlic parmesan bread is to-die-for. Picking up a fresh loaf daily is a wonderful way for Fergies to feel just a little bit cosmopolitan... in a town of 13,000.
