Dr. Robert Handley, our top vein doctor, has an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and a Masters degree from the University of Houston Clear Lake. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and subsequently did a General Surgery Internship at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL.

I came to Dr. Handley with 55+ year old legs with plenty of mileage. I was embarrassed to wear shorts, fatigued, and my varicose veins looked awful. What would they look like in the next decades? Would I be able to keep up with my kids or endure an all day Disney trip? Go to a public pool again? After establishing a treatment plan with Dr. H and some in office visits my legs look and feel great! He and ALL of his Staff are the best I have ever seen! They are friendly, knowledgeable, caring and attentive.

Great experience!! Hands down the nicest, most professional staff ever! They actually listen and care about what their patients want or need. NO up-selling, like some of the corporate America competition.. I love my results. I’m in my 50’s and had several spider veins that were bothering me. I was very anxious, but Michelle, Dr. Handley and staff were amazing. They also offer nitrous oxide, which helped lessen my anxiety with the injections. If you have unwanted spider veins, you won’t be disappointed!

I bought a Groupon for “The Skin Fix Med Spa“ but the address and phone number given were of this doctor at “FM Vein Center”. Even though from the start I insisted I was not there to visit with the doctor, the front desk lady and the practice manager, Jim, insisted I had to see the doctor in order to go on with my appointment with the esthetician. They took my insurance card, personal info, consent signatures, etc. I was taken in and once again when the doctor’s nurse came in I mentioned to her I wasn’t there to see the doctor. Then, and only then, this crazy push over stopped. The

I had a vein that rupture and was seen at the ER 2 days prier to going to see Dr. Handley. I took a chance and just walked into his office, no appointment never been there before his office staff and everyone else in there are amazing, they where very concerned Dr. Handley had no problem seeing me. He took care of my problem. I have another appointment next week for some more procedures. I am so glad I have found Dr. Handley and his staff. THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING. I went in for some light schelotherapy, the staff is wonderful to include front office,nurse, and of course the Dr. I had a free consult in order to see if my insurance would cover the procedure. First and foremost he makes sure there is nothing medically significant going on that needs to be treated. In my case after having an ultrasound ony veins we found that my case was purely cosmetic. The Dr gave me a very fair price. Since I was a light treatment he priced it appropriately. The folks at the Vein Center are just wonderful! The associates and staff are extremely courteous and professional and took great care of my wife during her examination, procedure, and current recovery. Even the front office staff is very conscientious in making sure the paperwork is handled efficiently and without headache.
The doctor is just awesome! He's very focused on his patient and their issues and takes great care to make sure that he is accurate and makes the procedures as pain-free as possible.

I went here for a second opinion on my varicose veins and to my surprise they got my insurance to cover most of the procedure I am very pleased with the out come my legs feel and look amazing..i just went to my follow up and my legs are healing very nicely...Dr .handley and his staff are just amazing all together! I would highly recommend this place. I still have upcoming sclerotherapy for my smaller varicose veins and spider veins and can't wait to see the outcome on those as well!

Dr. Handley shows no emotion at all. He can barely answer a question. He is rough and clumsy. It has been about 2 and one half years since he finished treatment and the scars are just now starting to fade. I have had sclerotherapy regularly for about 32 years, and have never had scars that took so long to heal. I went to about 5 other specialist so they could look at my legs, and they just shook their heads. Each helped me in a small way and were concerned.
I did have a nurse who gave me injections at Dr. Handley's office, and I had no marks from her work, She was kind and gentle. Dr. Handley

I went in for a consult Q3 last year to get an idea of the cost. I went back in the spring for an assessment. I was surprised to learn insurance would cover the procedure. I was on a huge project at work and could not schedule for several months. They were very patient and did not pressure me. I scheduled the procedure in August and was surprisingly pleased at how easy the procedure was and experienced very little pain. The staff is very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Dr. Handley and his staff.
