Me and my spouse are both long-time patrons of this practice, and have had numerous facials throughout the last 5-years.
I recently wrote a review about an awful accounting incident I had at this otherwise beautiful and special place, and within days I was contacted by the practice manager (who was as shocked as I was at my encounter), and she made sure things were set right in no time.

I was at Dr. Vicki's office for my annual exam. The staff was efficient and friendly and distancing was marked in the waiting room so it felt safe to be there. I have seen Dr. Vicki for a number of years and we had a hard time not hugging each other as we usually do. I love her because she is always upbeat and careful in her examination of me, and I always feel happy to have seen her and grateful for her good care. Relief for another year. Yay! She's great.

Dr. Vicki is always caring and professional. I have been seeing her for the last eight years, and I have always found it easy to discuss my skin concerns with her. She has kept me healthy and my skin in good condition. Dr. Vicki excels at identifying dangerous moles and does aesthetically pleasing removal of these lesions.
Her office is well run, and she and her staff have put into place many COVID-19 precautions. The waiting room door was propped open so that multiple people did not need to touch door handles. Patients’ appointments were spaced, so I was able to check in, have my temperature
