I'm very happy with the service that I have been receiving. The doctor, and the nutritionist have been wonderful full of great advice and wisdom lots of information on my journey of healing my body.

Business does not follow legally required mask mandate. I arrived and witnessed 2 unmasked people exit the store before I could enter. I waited on the sidewalk & called the business on the phone after seeing additional people (parents and children) enter unmasked. Whoever answered the phone said they do not follow the legal mandate, but they can request that staff and customers mask if I had asked upon entering. They've lost my business- how can you claim to be health conscious but allow the spread of disease during a pandemic? Shameful.

I really wish I could leave a better review but it's really unfortunate they don't care to return people's calls or emails. I'm not sure if this is due to covid or not but everything is pretty much back and up and running. I wrote 3 emails and also left 3 voicemails. I've also called during business hours in the morning for 4 days straight. Got no response to my emails or voicemails and no one answered the phones. True You Medical and Dr Nicole and her staff are amazing, think outside the box, really care about their patients. They also have a great quality selection of vitamins and nutrients. I've been going recently for vitamin infusions but Dr Nicole can handle any medical situation as well as anti aging.

Love True You Medical! Dr Ortiz is incredible.....she has adjusted my hormones for several years. She figured out why I have such a hard time sleeping at night, and why I used to get ill all the time. True you and Dr. Ortiz are awesome! I recently had a CT scan done on my abdomen at a local hospital and found out I had fatty liver disease. They ran some blood tests and said I was “in the normal range” but I needed to eat better before it’s too late for my liver. Naturally, I freaked out. Dr. Nicole Ortiz is incredible! It is just so refreshing to be seen by a doctor that makes you feel cared for, understood and heard. At the end of March 2019, I was snowboarding and re-injured my cervical spine which is now my 5th major cervical sprain. I have been an avid snowboarder for the past 18 years suffering many minor injuries. I have also been in 3 motor vehicle accidents where I was rear ended causing whiplash. Dr. Nina Campagna is an terrific Dr. has has helped me tremendously. I have been struggling with low energy. She diagnosed some other related issues, helped me to change my diet, and prescribed both medication and supplements that have increased my energy level and overall health tremendously. She's very knowledgable and takes a personalized and thoughtful approach to each visit and status update. I have moved away but I am still being treated by her. So glad I picked this place for my PRP w/growth factors. My hips are in baaaaad shape. Had PRP done before elsewhere, but wasn't consistent and in a different state. I could tell Dr. Nina is a conscientious professional who cares. For me, I prefer a female doctor for my other issues as well. This place is amazing! Both Dr Nicole Ortiz and Dr Nina Campagna are incredible doctors. They offer so much help and advice for all their clients and go extremely in depth to give each person highly individualized help. Dr. Nina Campagna is a fantastic doctor! I had X-rays which showed my right hip wasn't doing too well. I had significant pain and couldn't sit for long periods of time. Dr. Nina gave me a PRP with growth factors injection into the right hip, and within hours I felt better. My pain continued to decrease and overall I am about 85% better after one injection! I highly recommender her to anyone looking for pain relief.

After, I also received a custom vitamin B injection, which I could barely feel! The staff was great, and it gave me great mental focus and clarity!!

I recently made a trip to True You Medical this past Sunday 5/20/18 for some PRP injections for my lateral epicondylitis that I have had for over a year and has recently gotten so painful and irritating It is bothersome to simply shake another person's hand or grab my coffee cup. Dr. Ortiz has performed this same procedure on my left elbow about 3 years ago and it healed 100% successful. She has also performed Prolotherapy injections in my lower back for a few herniated discs I have from my time spent in the Marine Corps. While my Medical Insurance doesn't cover this type of treatment
