Brought trailer in for a fuel tank replacement and 5 cross members which i provided the parts thank god or i would have been killed with their up charge , they are extremely overpriced. work was performed in one day and got charged over 1k for labor. I think they are seriously overpriced. but if money is not a concern i would recommend. basically would have been cheaper at the dealer.

The five star reviews are probably from the the staff or people who have not even made contact with this llc company or shop, shade tree truck shop is better said.
in my opinion, the sellers need to be educated in professionalism and research prices on the trucks or equipment they sell. This place is as big rip off and made for people who don't know what they are buying they can get taken advantage of as a customer. If your buying here do research, I guarantee you that you will find a better deal and better equipment for your dollar.

Lucky enough to find this place when my power divider went out on the way to Brownsville. Dropped my trailer and pulled into the shop and they started working working on my truck in minutes. Ordered a rebuilt differential and the part came in the late the next day. Everything worked out great and I was on my way. Great work at a good price.

I was in Donna Texas when my water pump started leaking. Called several shops and either they couldnt get me in or wanted to charge an outrages amount of money. I found US 281 on the internet and gave them a call. It was close to closing time but they listened to my problem and said if i woould be there first thing in the morning they would get me right in. I showed up at 730 and true to their word they got me in and started on my truck. Everyone was very nice and professional! Jorge was awesome! This is a great family business very professional.We showed up at the shop around 8:30 a.m. to get brakes on the trailer two axles and grease job on truck and trailer. We didn't have an appointment by 10:30 a.m. they were finish. We was able to make our pickup 4 hours ahead of pickup time . Great work US 281 Truck and Trailer service. These people are synonymous with excellence! They are very knowleadable, efficient, but above all, they are friendly and make the customer feel confident in the work they are performing. They have maintained and modified our trucks for the last 10 years And they never seize to amaze us with their innovative ideas. Gaby, who runs the place is always in a good mood, which is frankly refreshing! I highly recommend their services!
