Premier Total Healthcare is the most efficient testing place I have gone to since the start of the pandemic. I have gotten tested here 6 times since COVID began and the longest I have had to wait was 15 minutes. I have had PCR results back to me in less than 24 hours in some instances and have always been treated with respect by doctors and office staff. I could not recommend you all enough and all my friends and family get tested here now! Thank you for keeping us safe :)

Premier Total Healthcare is by far the best total wellness facility I have ever experienced and I have tried a very, very long list of healthcare specialist`s since my motorcycle accident in 1984. For starters, it is the cleanest office/business that I have ever seen, it looks like it opened a week ago! I found he entire staff to be incredibly professional and fully committed to helping my pain management with more options and equipment than I have ever seen or experienced. I finally found the ultimate wellness facility and I truly believe I have never been in better "hands"! Thank you very much

DO NOT go for testing at this site. The line outside will appear small but for whatever reason, they are very slow with taking people inside. The woman at the front desk has the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. She will not listen to you and actually ignore your concerns without giving an explanation. When I finally got inside (after 2.5 hours), I signed in and waited my turn. When the man in front of me was called in, I finally thought okay great I'm next. Next thing I know they call in a couple who were two spots behind me. I go up to the front desk to ask why they were

If you’re going in for COVID testing, don’t even waste your time… you deal with long lines and then you get attitude by the girl with red hair in the front. I go there for back pain management and the doctor is amazing but this girl in the front desk needs to learn some customer service skills or she will drive away all the patients. Because of her I will not be back.
PS. I was not the only one complaining about her, everyone in line who encountered her had the same issue.

I already have my next appointment scheduled!!! I really appreciate the staff and doctors there, so nice and friendly! Truly amazing to visit a doctor and not feel as if you being there is a burden. I recommend you going here if you want help by knowledgeable doctors. State of the Art place, just cannot think of one bad thing to say, you are missing out if you have, for me back issues, and come here!!

Very nice clean and therapeutic. The staff (Lisa) is so friendly and very assisting, she always immulate customer service. Great staff and location! I love the bowling ball massage and the WATER table! It is a different experience from other Chiropractor practices I've been to and hands down thee best 1!

Very poor customer service. The lady at the billing/medical records phone number was rude. She would not listen to my question, talked over me, then hung up. The only way to make the customer service worse, would be if she outright verbally insulted me. Makes me not want to deal with this office again.
