Duane, Cole and Carmen have helped us out of insurance situations and went the extra miles to make sure we are taken care of. I couldn't express how much gratitude I have for this office they went to bat for us when they didn't need to. If you dont have state farm-call them now. Personally they're the most affordable. I havent found anyone to offer me a better price. The opposite. They're amazed at what I tell them I pay and want to know where I get insurance from. The Duane Fakler office has kind and personable employees who are always willing to see if theres a better deal available than the one you have. Very cheerful and helpful people :)

Was originally quoted $65 a month after being asked for violations within 3 years. Now that I signed my policy they "found" driving violations and its more than double! Liberty mutual or Progressive will guarantee give you better rates!
